It won’t be wrong to say that Indian food has reached every corner of the world, for the delicacies and Indian culinary style is profound apart from just being delicious. Aromatic spices and extra chili in food is what comes to anyone’s mind when they think of Indian food. However, Indian delicacies include far more than just the spices.
The Indian cuisine has deep influences from the Persian, Arab, Portuguese, Mughals, and European cuisines. There is so much to illustrate Indian cuisine because of its versatility. Even the vegetarian food here tastes delicious and the meat dishes are of course mouth-watering.
The North-Indian food bowl has Himalayan flavors to it. The chicken tikka, meat kebabs, and tandoori roti are some of the specialties of this part. Central India seems to be a mix of vegetarian as well as meat-loving people. However, the food served is undoubtedly delicious and has very strong flavors.
The bikaneri snacks on the west side of the country are very famous. Moreover, the eastern side seems to have a sweet tooth when it comes to food. The south of India is famous for the Mughalayi biryani and chicken dishes that are very flavorful.
Furthermore, the coastal regions seem to serve appetizing seafood and dishes with a strong flavor of spices. The Indian cuisine changes as you advance through different regions and get even tastier.
